There are so many opinions about what we’re supposed to do in business and life.
So many frameworks. So many strategies. So many voices saying:
“This how to do it.”
“This is what works.”
“This is what you have to do to succeed.”
At the end of it all, what matters most is that you can return to yourself.
Your pace. Your body. Your knowing.
No matter what you learn, what you’re told, or what you’re offered — your inner compass is always worth listening to. It’s what helps you move through life and business in a way that’s actually sustainable. In a way that’s yours.
Honoring My Path (even when it’s not “linear”)
This year I’ve made some interesting shifts in my business. Not all of them made sense at first. They all came from tuning in and asking what truly lights me up.
One of the biggest changes has been allowing myself to fully embrace the multi-passionate nature of my work. I’ve started slowly integrating animal communication services into my business — alongside my work as an intuitive business coach.
To be honest, it’s taken a lot of reflection to figure out how to organize things in a way that feels right to me.
How do I structure a business that holds both of these offerings?
How do I share about them without confusing people? (I often worry about this)
Where do I want to focus my time, energy, and presence?
Some of these answers came from intuition. Others from looking at the very real and practical parts of my business — like my expenses, website, and marketing channels.
I had to ask myself not just what do I want to offer? but also:
Where do I want my energy to go?
Over time, the answers revealed themselves.
Sustainable, By Design
After sitting with all of this, I decided to restructure my website so that the majority of it is dedicated to animal communication — making it more searchable and SEO-friendly for those clients. It’s the right choice for this season, and it allows me to fully step into that life calling.
At the same time, I’ve created a dedicated space on my site for intuitive business support. I continue to market and connnect with sensitive entrepreneurs through places like Substack, Pinterest, and word-of-mouth referrals.
I’ve realized… I want more spaciousness for the 1:1 sessions that matter most to me right now — especially animal communication. I want to continue offering high-quality support for sensitive business owners in a way that doesn’t burn me out.
That’s why I put so much care into creating my self-paced course, Sustainable Business Growth for Sensitive Entrepreneurs. It brings together everything I’ve learned in a holistic, compassionate way, so others can reflect, discern, and grow in a way that feels aligned with them.
This also gives me space to show up more fully in other areas of my work. I’m finding freedom as I accept my naturally multi-passionate self.
Trusting Yourself Creates Sustainability
I’ve learned a really important lesson with all of this.
You don’t have to make your decisions based on what people expect, or what seems easiest to explain, or what someone else says will “convert.”
You can listen to your body.
You can prioritize your peace.
You can make room for all of who you are.
So if you’ve been feeling unsure, pulled in different directions, or like something inside you is quietly trying to lead — I hope this encourages you to listen.
You can trust yourself. You know yourself.
Not everyone will understand the way you work or why you’re making the choices you are. But that doesn’t mean you’re wrong. It simply means you’re honoring what’s true for you.
You get to move at your own pace. You get to define what sustainability looks like for this chapter of your life. Most importantly, you get to change your mind, evolve, and keep coming back to what feels aligned.
This, to me, is the heart of self-nourishment — being able to tune into your own rhythm, filter out the noise, and walk forward in peace.
Your intuition is wise. Let it guide you. ~Angela 🌱

I love the question “where do I want my energy to go?”, because I’ve been thinking a lot about this myself. And I think the answer for me is to let go of things that no longer resonate with me so I can make space for the things that do.
